Pancakes
Description: Why wait until February to try these Princess Marshmallow pancakes?
Preparation time: 1-2 minutes per pancake
Serves: Four
Ingredients: 8-12 tablespoons of peach or apricot jam or compote (or flavour as desired), heated
75-100g / 3-4 oz Princess Peaches and Cream Marshmallows, whole or halved
8 Pancakes, prepared and kept hot
Fudge sauce
Whipped cream
Preparation:
- Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of heated compote onto each pancake, and top with Princess Marshmallows
- Roll up the pancakes
- Carefully transfer to a serving plate and top with the fudge sauce
- Serve with whipped cream
