Tangerine Confectionery is to relaunch MOJOs, the classic sweets which were a big hit with children in the Seventies and Eighties. This month MOJOs will get a new look and new recipes including all natural colours and flavours and no hydrogenated fats.
The MOJO range has also been extended to now include gums, jellies and lollipops. The revised range of individual sweets will also include favourites such as Banana MOJOs, Spearmint MOJOs, Cola MOJOs, Orange MOJOs and Strawberry MOJOs.
Tangerine brand manager Helen Sears said: Relaunching MOJOs will introduce them to a whole new generation, while they will continue to appeal to adults who remember them as a cool treat to share with friends. Redesigned packaging and logos position the sweets as cool, funky and fun! The relaunch brings MOJOs bang up to date without taking away any of their original appeal for children or for adults. The new recipes with all natural colours and flavours and no hydrogenated fats means they will also suit those who want their sweets to be as good as possible.
Sold in tubs and bulk bags, MOJOs will be available through wholesale and cash and carry channels including Hancocks, Parfetts, Bestway, Landmark Cash & Carry, Key Lekkerland and Sugro.
